jury selection delayed until Feb. 16th

Thomas Ullman told the court today that his client, Steven Hayes, is suicidal (no kidding?) and being held in inhumane conditions in McDougall-Walker Correctional's infirmary. Apparently, the lights in the infirmary are on 24 a day. Hayes is also wearing some sort of restraining garment and being denied his meds. The judge has decided that jury selection cannot continue while Hayes is under such circumstance.

    I am sure he regrets getting caught! Strengling a women and dousing her home with gas and killing her 2 girls not mentioning the sexual assult on a minor, is a planned attack, not a careless mistake. Not like they can say oopss, I did not mean to sneak into your hours @ 2am and beat up your husband leaving you helpless! Dang
